Anna is the owner of Monmouth Behavioral Therapy Group, Inc. which has been providing home based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders since 2009. The company employs 3 Board Certified Behavioral Analysts as well as RBT trained behavioral therapists. Anna is the mother of seven children, one of whom was diagnosed with autism in 1998 at the age of 2.
Katie Flood
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Katie Flood is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been practicing in the field for 8 years. She enjoys helping others and likes to work with individuals of all ages. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.
Daniel Tourigny
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Daniel is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Louis University, St. Louis, MO. He has 13 years of experience working with children and adolescents with ASD and other developmental delays. Daniel has 10 years of experience working as an ABA therapist and has worked people ages 0 to 21 years of age. As a BCBA, Daniel enjoys training ABA therapists and future BCBAs in the application of Applied Behavior Analysis in the clinical setting. Daniel has experience working in various settings such as clinics, in- home, schools and within the community. He also has experience with parent training, education advocacy and collaboration with other therapy providers. In his free time, Daniel is a painter, runs long distances and enjoys rock climbing and spending time with friends and family.
Adrianne Fried
Training Coordinator
Adrianne Fried is a BCBA employed by Monmouth Behavioral Therapy Group, Serving the Greater New York are and Chicago. Adrianne attended York College of Pennsylvania for undergraduate college, where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Education. She has spent the last twelve years teaching students from pre-school through high school in both general education and special education settings. While teaching, she became interested in ABA therapy and attended a graduate program at Rider University, where she received a Master’s of Arts Degree in Applied Psychology. Adrianne has a 15 year old step-son who is diagnosed ASD and ADHD.
Lauren Rosenthal, MA, ATR, BSC
Director of Business Development
Lauren joined her extensive experience in Art Therapy
with ABA. She worked for six years at a Center in Fl with Pre-School age ASD
children who diplayed great progress with the blend of therapies. She is trained in ABA from PA.
Peter Nicolas
Director of Business Development
Peter is a marketing veteran with over 20 years experience serving the Hospitality industry as owner and creative director of a botique marketing agency located in Red bank, New Jersey. Peter has worked with large casinos and resorts, resturant chains and resort destinations to grow their businesses and expand their customer base.
Peter has been married to CEO and Founder Anna for over 26 years. Peter's combined professional business experience and personal experience traveling with a large family impacted by ASD provides a 365 degree view of the challeges and opportunities that Autism Friendly Training offers to businesses and their customers.
